Leaks and urgent problems get a same-day response where possible. Website enquiries are usually answered the same working day. Bigger installations like bathrooms are normally booked a few weeks ahead.
It depends on the size of the room, the suite you choose and how much tiling is involved. Rather than guess at a number, Chris will measure up and give you a written fixed price covering labour and materials.

Either. Chris can supply everything through trade suppliers, or fit a suite you've bought yourself. Plenty of customers choose their own tiles and sanitaryware and leave the rest to him.
Regularly. Work can be scheduled between bookings or around changeover days, and Chris can deal with an agent or key-holder if you're not local.
